MOLD FOR FIBERGLASS 7 PASSANGERS AIRCRAFT KITS PRODUCTION .
We have assembled an aircraft ( COMP AIR 7 Turbine ) in Russia from the kit
bought from Aerocomp Inc, Florida USA.
The aircraft was primarily intended for skydivers, ranchers, outfitters,
fish camp operators, or anyone who needed to carry a big load.
During the test period, I found the following serious deficiencies in the model:
  1. Not enough room for passengers and luggage
  2. Passenger's door is too narrow, which makes it difficult to use the aircraft
for skydiving and loading and unloading cargo.
Later on when we decided to transport this aircraft to USA by sea,
we came across the problem with transportation costs, since the construction allowed
to detach the wings but did not allow to detach the rudder system,
so the model did not fit in the regular container.

After analyzing the above mentioned flaws, we decided to create the mold
for production of the kits of modification of this kind of fiberglass aircrafts.

MOLD FOR FIBERGLASS 7 PASSANGERS AIRCRAFT KITS PRODUCTION
Vehicle Description
At present the mold for the kits is ready for production.
Lately, in Russia light aviation roles became very restrictive.
So we decided to sell this mold.
    Specifications:
  1. The body has an oval shape versus rectangular of COMP AIR 7
  2. The cabin is higher and wider than on Aero Comp 7
  3. The passenger door is much wider versus Aero Comp 7, that allows to use it for single and tandem skydiving and loading and unloading cargo
  4. Detachable rudder system that allows to transfer the plane into the regular container.
We have made the complete aerodynamic and balancing calculations.
Design and construction of the aircraft mold has been done under the management
and with participation of the aircraft engineer Sergey Andreev - a former
chief engineer of a military aircraft CY-27, and the USA certified aircraft builder
  Jorge Pereira
The new aircraft could comfortably seat 7 adults, and could have an extra space for baggage.
It will be ideally suited for skydivers, ranchers, outfitters, fish camp operators,
or anyone who needs to carry a big load.
Powered by the 657 shp Walter M601D turboprop, it will cruises between
175 and 200 mph TAS (depending of conditions).
The aircraft features modern all-composite construction, and will be available
in tricycle, tail wheel, or float configuration.
Loaded with full fuel and 5 people, the aircraft can launch with an incredibly
short takeoff run of only 250 feet Leveling off in cruise flight, a Walter-equipped aircraft will effortlessly
maintain speeds between 175 and 200 mph TAS, while carrying full fuel, 7 people, and baggage.
The cockpit is roomy and wide (60"), with a panoramic view.
